REFUND POLICY
Right of Withdrawal (for EU Consumers)
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract via an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email). You can use the provided model withdrawal form but are not obliged to do so.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us).
The reimbursement will be made promptly and no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed upon. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
Return Shipping Costs
Within the EU: We will cover the cost of return shipping for items eligible for withdrawal.
Outside the EU: The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:
Items that have been custom-made, personalized, or tailored to the consumer's individual preferences.
Artworks where their value depends significantly on market fluctuations beyond our control.
Sealed items that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
Condition of Return for Artworks
Original Condition Required: All artworks must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging (if applicable) to qualify for a refund.
Certificates of Authenticity: Any certificates or documentation accompanying the artwork (e.g., Certificates of Authenticity) must also be returned.
Inspection of Returns: Refunds will only be processed after the returned items have been inspected and confirmed to meet the conditions stated above.
Damage During Return: You are responsible for ensuring the artwork is adequately packaged for safe return. Refunds will not be processed for artworks damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping.
