SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Regions
We currently deliver exclusively within the European Union (EU), including Germany. Deliveries to countries outside the EU are not available at this time.

Shipping Costs
Within Germany:

Standard shipping fee: €15 per order.
Free shipping for orders over €300.

Within the EU (excluding Germany):

Standard shipping fee: €25 per order.

Delivery Times
Within Germany:

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

Within the EU (excluding Germany):

Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country.
Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., public holidays, customs clearance, or high order volumes).

Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via DHL. Unfortunately, express shipping is not available at this time.

Insurance and Packaging
All shipments are fully insured to protect against loss or damage during transit.
Artwork is packaged securely to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event of damage during shipping, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package's progress directly through DHL.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:

Non-EU countries.
PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient's absence, the carrier will leave a notice for rescheduling or collect it from a local pickup location. Please arrange to collect or reschedule the delivery promptly to avoid return shipping costs.
