8.3 Damage During Transit: All artwork is shipped securely and insured. In the rare event of shipping damage, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
9.1 All contracts are governed by the laws of Germany. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
9.2 Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of Homburg.
